Upon booking a holiday package with us, you will receive a confirmation email with all the details of your itinerary. Full payment is required to confirm your booking unless otherwise specified.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refund eligibility depends on the timing of your cancellation and the specific terms associated with your package. In general:
Cancellation 30+ Days Before Departure: A full refund minus a cancellation fee may be provided.
Cancellation 15-30 Days Before Departure: A partial refund will be offered, and cancellation fees will apply.
Cancellation Within 15 Days of Departure: No refund will be provided, as we incur non-recoverable costs.
If Approved, amount will be credited back in original payment method in 15-20 days.
